DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
I have never known any group of people to be disrespectful, unprofessional and straight up incompetent as this locations store Manager Jessy (she wouldn't give me her last name) & Paul Wright, their Operations manager. They sold us a smaller sized TV only to tell us later that we should have known better than to come in asking for an exchange/refund because their exchange/refund policy would have been on the receipt we received. The crazy thing is, we did not receive a receipt. All we got from them was an invoice. When we asked them why we didn't get a receipt, they brushed it off as "it would have been in the e-mail you got from us". Another lie, we did NOT receive ANY e-mail from the Brick. They did not ask us for an E-mail when the TV was purchased. Paul Wright lied through his teeth when I asked him why we weren't given the receipt. He said the person that printed out the invoice "forgot to print out the other bit". What kind of Manager stands there justifying the incompetence of their employee? An incompetent Manager would. The Store Manager, Jesse, said the exact same thing Paul said on the Phone. She empathized that they would not give us a refund or exchange the TV because their policy is on the supposed receipt and/or E-mail they sent us. It's unfortunate a company like the Brick has people like Jessy & Paul Wright.
